On November 15, three FBI agents came to the Chicago home of an international solidarity
This morning on Democracy Now! civil liberties attorney Bruce Nestor announced that the Department of Justice is re-subpoenaeing three of the fourteen targeted anti-war activists to appear before the grand jury. Nestor explained that the re-subpoenaed activists have the choice of testifying against their friends and the movement or potentially serving jail time for contempt of court if they refuse to testify.
